ABOUT

2 Days. 7 Neighborhoods. 36 Fast Tracks. 50+ Speakers.
300 of the Most Creative Minds in Business.

Each day of FC/LA, attendees meet for breakfast before embarking on curated tours of Los Angeles’ most innovative neighborhoods. Each tour will feature Fast Track stops at three leading companies within the neighborhood, for experiential and insight-filled sessions with each organization’s most creative leaders. To end each day, attendees will again come together for happy hour and connection making.
What is a Fast Track? Fast Company’s unique take on the field trip, Fast Tracks are a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes at L.A’s most creative companies. Past Fast Tracks have included meditating with Russell Simmons, getting a personal tour of The Honest Company from Jessica Alba herself, to producing VR at Jaunt — each one of FC/LA's intimate Fast Tracks open new possibilities.

WHO ATTENDS?

FC/LA brings together the best of the Fast Company community, creative leaders in business, technology, design, and entertainment. Last year's attendees included C-Level executives, entrepreneurs, senior management and other top-level decision makers.

FC/LA is also where Fast Company celebrates the members of our Most Creative People in business community.

2016 HIGHLIGHTS

Here's what last year's attendees had to say about their FC/LA experience:
“Extremely well organized with access to top people in different industries.”

“Diversity of topics, diversity of attendees, customized experience with a variety of options, moving physically prompted better flow, more engagement, less boredom and more chances to mix up networking pool. Also, deeper insight by going into the physical spaces of brands—they felt more prepared than just doing a basic speech, and the result was more stimulating, more interactive/visceral and more insightful.”

“More intimate, good opportunities to make meaningful business connections.”
“It was interactive and intimate. The city tracks gave attendees a chance to spend time with a smaller group of people so that conversations were more meaningful, and there were shared experiences to discuss. The sessions were relevant, and the conference really focused on creativity — some "creativity conferences" are really about marketing.”

“The ability to visit the workplace of innovative companies, learn about what they do, and have an experience there is totally different than any other conference. Traveling around with the same people all day is also a nice way to bond and meet people. Mixing up the activities is also fun. And the food was very good.”
