Marc Oshima is the cofounder and chief marketing officer of AeroFarms, an indoor vertical farming company that is transforming agriculture around the world. AeroFarms was recognized as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for Food by “Fast Company,” and Oshima has been listed among the 2018 American Food Heroes by “Eating Well” magazine. He is also board cochair for Chefs Collaborative, a nonprofit dedicated to sustainable food systems.
