Sadie Lincoln is the cofounder and CEO of Barre3, a fitness company focused on teaching people balance in the body and empowerment from within. Barre3 started in 2008 with a studio in Portland, Oregon, and has grown to more than 130 franchises powered by female entrepreneurs, with an online-subscriber base in more than 98 countries. Though she runs Barre3 and serves as its global spokesperson, Lincoln still enjoys teaching classes to many of her founding clients in her hometown of Portland.
