Heather Dietrick is the CEO of “The Daily Beast.” Previously, Dietrick was the president of Gizmodo Media Group and president and general counsel of Gawker Media. She has worked as a First Amendment fellow and counsel at Hearst Corporation, as a law clerk in New York’s Eastern District, and as an associate at Goodwin Procter. Dietrick holds a JD and an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BA from Georgetown University.
