Sam Lipp is the director of operations for Make It Nice, a hospitality group that currently includes Eleven Madison Park, Made Nice, EMP Summer House, and the NoMad restaurants.
In 2006, Lipp joined the leadership team at Eleven Madison Park where Will Guidara and chef Daniel Humm had just taken the reins. Over the next three and a half years, Lipp was instrumental in transforming EMP into a grand fine-dining restaurant, earning numerous James Beard Foundation Awards, and its first four-star review from “The New York Times.” Lipp is responsible for all Make It Nice properties and future endeavors outside of the NoMad flag.
