Data, Creativity, and the Future of Design
Hosted by HUSH

Just the idea of  “data” can feel cold, daunting, impersonal, or downright scary. Despite these negative associations, it’s everywhere, ever present, and we (as individuals and companies) constantly generate it. As creatives, however, we can use data as a tool for engendering beauty, honest messaging, insightful visual systems, and even built objects, products, and physical spaces. Because data is objectively unique to any entity, it has the potential to express a deeper brand or personal identity. We’ll explore the intersection of data, creativity, and brand with partners at Google, as well as engage in a hands-on workshop where we’ll use the data of the participants themselves in a simple, bold act of creation.
