In 2014, west elm became the first international home furnishings retailer to partner with Fair Trade USA. Now, the company has announced that it will expand its responsible retail commitment to include the payment of $3 million in Fair Trade Premiums by 2020. At this behind-the-scenes session inside west elm's new Brooklyn offices, you'll get an inside look at the company’s social consciousness initiative in a discussion led by west elm’s Doug Guiley and Jennifer Gootman. Following the discussion, view the craftsmanship of the Fair Trade initiative during an HQ tour, and take home a DIY craft- using west elm’s Fair Trade certified felt balls from Nepal!
