Global direct-to-consumer online luxury mattress retailer, Leesa, was founded with a purpose in mind. Since the company launched in January 2015, cofounders David Wolfe and Jamie Diamonstein have been committed to building a company that measures its success as much by its impact on the world as by its financial performance. In under three years, the company has donated more than 20,000 mattresses—giving more than 6 million nights of better sleep to nonprofits that serve people seeking refuge from homelessness, domestic risk, and human trafficking throughout the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. In this behind-the-scenes session at Leesa’s Soho Dream Gallery, Wolfe and Diamonstein will share insights into the three core elements that drive the company’s success—inspiring passion in their employees, designing expertly crafted products, and have built a robust social impact program at the heart of the company. Plus, you’ll experience Leesa’s virtual reality tour, narrated by Leesa brand ambassador and Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps!
