What should a 21st-century police department look like? In this conversation, influential activist DeRay Mckesson, Prosecutor Integrity founder Adam Foss, Google’s senior counsel on civil and human rights, Malika Saada Saar, and Clarence Wardell III of the U.S. Digital Service at the White House will come together to discuss the challenges we face in changing the system, as well as give concrete examples of communities and police departments around the country that are—in the face of today’s social unease—utilizing new technologies and access to data in an effort to rebuild trust through transparency.
