Renzoe Box is a multi-branded sleek palette + storage compact perfect for women on-the-go. Rather than digging through a large jumbled bag, wouldn't it be great if you had a palette of the products you love, all about the size of your phone?

Renzoe Box, the product, is like Legos for makeup...a hardware solution to beauty. Beyond that, there is an innovative digital community that RB will not only take part it, but shape. A) System Hardware: 1. propriety storage compact for carrying modular pods (customer acquisition) 2. propriety system of modular pods for packaging makeup in singles (recurring revenue) 3. we partner with brands to put their makeup into our pods (think Keurig & coffee) B) System Software: (customer interaction & retention) 1. Imagine a sustainable fashion industry: one where plastics are completely replaced by pure silk. What else would you like to share about your design? Why is it unique and innovative?

Liquid Silk is simply made from the natural silk fiber organically produced by silkworms. In contrast to the emissions generated by commercial plastics production, silk-making is an inherently pesticide-free, CO2-reducing endeavor. And unlike the textile industry, we do not require intact cocoons, enabling us to operate with a cruelty-free approach. Using just the biomass of silk protein, we liquefy and distill silk fiber to its pure protein form, resulting in our natural Liquid Silk. A truly sustainable alternative to synthetic chemistry, Liquid Silk is the first broad-scale chemistry platform since the mid-20th century that does not rely on petrochemical feedstock and agriculture. From fillers to emulsifiers, antibacterial agents and preservatives, petrochemicals are ubiquitous across contemporary consumer goods. Apparel companies have begun to manufacture clothing with recycled materials, but these well-intentioned attempts fail to address the micro- and nano-plastics that remain in recycled items. Revolutionary 3-D Imaging Shoe Brand, True Gault, Disrupts the Footwear and E-Comm Industries by Creating Custom-Fit Shoes

Why is this project worthy of an award?

True Gault addresses two major problems: standardized shoe sizing leads to ill-fitting shoes which cause pain and discomfort; and shoes are nearly impossible to buy online with confidence. As a solution, True Gault uses 3D imaging software and patent-pending fit formula to create custom-fit shoes, hand made in Spain. A customer simply takes three pictures of each foot via the True Gault iPhone app, and the smart technology generates her unique size and a 3D model of each foot, obliterating past reliance on traditional sizing. The result is an innovative shopping experience and a custom pair of heels, made to order, delivered in less than four weeks and backed by the True Gault 100% Fit Guarantee. In less than a year, True Gault has garnered tremendous and widespread attention. The company recently announced that ELLE Magazine Editor in Chief and Project Runway judge, Nina Garcia, joined the team as an Advisor. Supermodels such as Niki Taylor have been photographed wearing the shoes on the streets of NYC and on red carpets, and thousands of women are transforming their relationships with their shoes. True Gault Founder & CEO, Sandra Gault, has over 20 years of experience in building business, leveraging technologies, and leading teams. Her experience at Kodak and IBM Corporation refined her skills in imaging technology to achieve her vision of customizing high-fashion shoes of the highest quality. Before bringing True Gault to life, Sandra earned her MBA from The University of Rochester and successfully exited two voiceover IP start-ups. The idea for True Gault emerged as Sandra stood in painful designer heels at a party, realizing that no amount of compliments could make her feel at ease. It was then she vowed that every woman – regardless of age, size, or shape of her feet – deserved a beautiful pair of heels that she could wear all day long, in perfect comfort and confidence. So she channeled her three passions – fashion, business, and technology – into True Gault. She pursued an apprenticeship to learn the art of shoe-making, then researched to find the perfect craftsmen and manufacturing facility to support her endeavor. Sandra spoke as a panelist at this year’s WIN (Women in the Art of Negotiation) Summit hosted by Columbia University and The Negotiation Institute. She has also appeared on behalf of True Gault on SONY’s pilot season of reality-investment TV show, Meet the Drapers. The show is hosted by three generations of the prominent Silicon Valley family where Bill, Tim, and Jesse Draper come together to listen to 3 exciting start-ups per episode pitch their ideas while seeking investment. True Gault and other start-ups from wide-spanning industries simultaneously worked to convince millions of viewers to fund them via their own equity crowdfunding campaign on Republic.co. (True Gault raised over 310% of its investment goal). True Gault made it to the Finals, and during the February 2018 Season Finale was awarded the “Viewer’s Choice” Award in conjunction with an investment by Tim Draper.

As the leading experience marketing agency, we have built our name on the strength of cross-channel collaboration. When George P. Johnson (GPJ) came on board with the Rodan + Fields 2017 Convention we were tasked with helping our clients at Rodan + Fields (R+F) to design a new way to interact with their consultant base. The essential goals were: - To develop and deliver an anytime/anywhere world class virtual experience where R+F consultants could extract important insights into growing their business and expanding their teams. A simple eloquent solution to dependable service as well as an easy to navigate customer experience. - To architect a robust business web portal with Mobile-first UX/UI design - capable of live-streaming, housing a VOD library with LMS, supporting 100,000 concurrent users, an API interface for registration, authentication, eCommerce, and a live chat function to create community. - To create a touch point to an ever-evolving consultant base, designed to communicate, interact, guide and showcase new products. A way to update and include all consultants in all things. - To extend the R+F brand reach by providing an easy to access portal allowing consultants to attend everything virtually, all in the comfort of their own home. - To offer consultants an attractive alternative to on-site attendance by providing an all-access, global, virtual seat. And that was all achieved in 4 months to coincide with the live Convention in Vegas. The online portal provided attendees an enhanced on-site experience by augmenting live events with additional follow-up discussions and clarification programming. But live stream alone wasn’t enough. The level of commitment and spirit of collaboration lead to the staggering response of attendees and our clients. Our dedication to teamwork, design, quality, and satisfaction is what we hang our hat on.

What else would you like to share about your design? Why is it unique and innovative?

GPJ designed the whole experience to integrate both the on-site attendees as well as the live stream audience. We provided full end to end concept and execution services for the Convention including event design, event management, content capture & delivery, technical and production management. By combining our core strengths onsite and leveraging our live event team with the virtual production team, we were able to help our client deliver a cohesive message across mainstage, gala red-carpet events, breakouts, as well as with daily original programming from the live studio. A team focused on capturing a heightened on-site experience while making sure the home viewers didn’t miss a thing. This unified theme helped connect the convention attendees to our live stream audience and created an overall community where consultants could soak up the business acumen to increase their sales and grow their teams. The Virtual Convention helped maximize the live momentum and kept everything current, resulting in 850,000+ viewing sessions through over 120,000 different devices, servicing over 40,000 consultants. Together with partners IBM, Nomobo and Wondersauce, R+F published 137 videos, which translated into engaging content viewable via computer, tablet or mobile device. 70% was viewed on mobile devices with a 60-minute average viewing time. 90 hours of content were produced, combined with a strategic marketing plan, and continues to extend the brand reach and relevance far beyond the event. We Delivered On: 2-channel / 24-hour live streaming across the Main Channel / Breakout Channels 27 Hours Live Original Programming 90 Hours of VOD (Video On Demand) Content Enhanced live coverage included: Virtual Studio (Pre, Daily, Wrap Programming) Live Breakout & Learning expo 3 Additional Virtual Breakout rooms 3 General Sessions broadcast on the virtual platform Hour long Gala Red Carpet Pre-Show Gala Event GPJ was able to successfully achieve all R+F objectives by: - Extending reach of Convention 2017 to an unlimited global audience through an elevated production, with an immersive, best in class, digital user experience. - Offering a web platform exceeded expectation in both user experience and functionality, easily supporting concurrent viewers for live stream and chat. - Exceeding sales and registration goals. - Engaging user experience and original content with average view time increasing through Convention to an astonishing almost 60 minutes. - Producing 90 hours of relevant content, still active on-site

Known for utilizing skincare technology to create personalized solutions for every hair type, KEVIN.MURPHY launched SHIMMER.ME BLONDE, a first-of-its-kind shine mist to treat dull, lifeless blonde and grey hair. SHIMMER.ME.BLONDE offers a unique, weightless approach to enhance color and create luminosity, counteract yellow tones while simultaneously restoring hair. SHIMMER.ME BLONDE’s innovation that addresses maintenance required for upkeep of shades vulnerable to breakage from heat styling.

What else would you like to share about your design? Why is it unique and innovative?

When designing SHIMMER.ME BLONDE, Kevin Murphy wanted to create something different that brought a light, healthy shine to hair, so he looked at high-end skin care ingredients that create luminous skin. To develop SHIMMER.ME BLONDE, he used mica, a silicate crystal that is often used for glowing skin. These reflective qualities act like thousands of tiny mirrors, reflecting light and evening out the appearance of the color, giving a uniform shine to even the most dull and lifeless blonde hair.
