Head over to Roosevelt Island for the first-ever public, behind-the-scenes tour of the new Cornell Tech campus with founding dean Dan Huttenlocher. This state-of-the-art graduate university is set to move to its permanent campus on Roosevelt Island in 2017, which will feature innovative and sustainable architecture, built to foster unique collaboration between industry and academia. Dean Huttenlocher, along with representatives from the campus and development partners, will walk you through the three buildings in Phase One of the campus, revealing how its construction will embolden the program's emphasis on real-world applications, contribute to the innovation economy in New York City, and more. NOTE: All attendees must wear flat, closed-toe shoes.
