What would happen if companies used their considerable resources to empower women? Global strategy and design firm frog thinks there would be more resilient communities, full of people who dedicate the necessary energy to challenge biases and hold space for new, life-changing ideas. This workshop will feature a panel and breakout groups that will examine how to employ provocative design research techniques that can drive lasting cultural change. Participants will leave armed with the tactics and tools they need to empower the women in their lives, both inside and outside the office.
