Tiffany Chen is the president and cofounder of Tiff’s Treats, which bills itself as the nation’s first cookie delivery service to bring its products to your door warm. Chen cofounded the company with her husband, Leon, in 1999 when they were working out of his college apartment. Nineteen years later, they’ve grown from a two-person, home-based business to 36 locations (and counting). Tiff’s Treats has raised $50 million in funding from investors such as Morgan Stanley and Capstar Partners. In 2015, Chen was recognized with a Profiles in Power award, one of six finalists selected by the Austin Business Journal, recognizing the area’s top women in business. Chen holds a BS in Advertising from the University of Texas.
